ITV One Direct:

Adam Diep (CEO) and Derrick Chiang (VP of Marketing) visited San Francisco for the CTIA Mobile and Entertainment Convention. It is apparent that mobile applications and devices will play a large part in the growth of IPTV (Internet Television) and the distribution of online media. Some of the most popular applications were mobile video tied to advertisement revenues.

ITV One Direct is developing a strategic relationship with Vintage Studios. Vintage has an established and successful ad revenue network and has the capability of bringing millions of users to ITV One. ITV One’s IPTV Platform is scheduled for a Beta launch in the second quarter of 2009.

Growth Tech Ventures:

Growth Tech Ventures Executives attended the Advanced TCA/Micro TCA Summit. This summit brings together vendors and end-users for the advanced telecommunications computing architecture. Keynote speeches were given by Intel and Cisco. All speakers attested to the strong need of finding a way to stack more than one service/application per server rack to address the ROI (Return on Investment) on capital expenditures outlays. This critical ROI component is solved by the InteliCloud 360 solutions.

InteliCloud continues to put the finishing touches on the 360 Platform with first customer delivery slated in the first Quarter of 2009. In the Fourth Quarter, 2008, InteliCloud will launch their “Port and Play” program to customer accounts currently in development. “Port and Play” will demonstrate firsthand the 360 NGN’s superiority in all areas of service center needs. The Port and Play program will shorten the overall sales cycle of the product and allow further validation of the system benefits by allowing service providers the ability to upload their content and services, live, on the internet and compare the 360 benefits compared to their current technology systems.

Management gives a successful presentation to the fortune 100 company. Media One Direct is chosen to produce the promotional trailer and user tutorial for the company�s domestic and international launch of a new line of mobile GPS devises. Media One will also distribute original branded media content on the multi-media player for all of the GPS devises. The fortune 100 company distributes thousands of technology devises in 150 countries. Media One will also develop and produce entertaining media content for distribution on several other hand-held mobile devises distributed by the company. Management anticipate formal press releases for the debut of this important relationship in the beginning of February.
