Charles Overton
CEO-Managing Director
Charles attended Marmion Military Academy and is a graduate of the famed Goodman Conservatory at DePaul University in Chicago. Charles began his career in film production working on such films as “Thief” starring James Caan, and the “Blues Brothers” staring the late John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd.
In 1985, Charles and other individuals founded Paragon Arts International, a feature film production and distribution company. Paragon produced “Witchboard” one of the top hundred highest grossing independent feature films of all time. Charles Executive Produced and distributed several feature length motion pictures. The most note worthy of which was “Season of Fear” starring Clancy Brown and academy award winner Michael J. Pollard. The film was distributed domestically by MGM/UA and CBS/Fox Video and international distribution was coordinated by Film Star.
In 1994 Charles formed and became President /CEO of Pillar West Entertainment, Inc. and its subsidiaries Kidvision, Inc, and Executive Producer of Randall-Overton Productions. Charles successfully initiated and completed full funding for Pillar West operations and commenced building a film and television production and international distribution division.
He also pioneered Internet based entertainment projects in preparation of future web-based markets including kenkids.com, (kid’s educational network). At Pillar West, Charles teamed up with acclaimed co-producer Craig Piligian (producer of mega-hits “Real Stories of the Highway Patrol”, “Survivor”, “American Chopper: The Series” and “Ghost Hunters”) to Executive Produce the acclaimed fitness series “Gotta Sweat” with six time miss Olympia, Cory Everson. The fitness series was a hit, airing for several years on the ESPN Cable Network. Charles then focused efforts on Mergers & Acquisitions and completed a business combination of several entertainment and hi-tech companies. Together with Pillar West and its subsidiaries, Zeros and Ones, Inc. became a public company in 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Charles was Director and Secretary of Zeros and Ones, Inc. (OTC: ZROS). His primary focus at Zeros was entertainment development, investor relations and market making.

Adam has several years of experience developing award winning consumer electronics, winning large government contracts, developing strategic relationships and developing operation and distribution strategies with start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Recently, Adam was the Senior Product Manager, Worldwide Products for Fortune 100 Company Ingram Micro. While at Ingram Micro, Adam designed, engineered and provided market support for online marketing and business development while merchandising to dot.coms and B&M retailers.
One of Adam’s most notable accomplishments at Ingram was his management and product development of the award winning Nav 740 GPS Navigation Product. The Nav 740 received the Editors Choice Award from PC Magazine and Laptop Magazine. Prior to working with Ingram Micro, Adam was the Senior Sales Engineer and Product Line marketing Manager with EADS North American Defense Test and Services, Inc. which is listed on foreign stock exchanges. Currently, Adam is developing the ITV One Direct Network with an award winning design team. Under his consulting company, Mad Atom, Inc, Adam has developed new accounts for Solara Engineering with companies such as Boeing, Lockheed and BAE Systems. He is also conducting business development for InteliCloud and has facilitated biz-dev meetings with Blizzard Entertainment, Microsoft and Kleiner Perkins.
